Name: basebox AI platform
What it is: An AI platform for organisations: chat, ready-made apps, connectors to your systems, permissions and audit log in one licence.
Workflow Builder: From November 2026: a description becomes a workflow across several steps.
AI model: basebox does not develop its own model. We run open-source models ourselves, in our cloud or on your server. Your data trains no model.
Use cases: 592 reviewed use cases, 140 of them for hospitals and 105 for public administration.
Not a medical device: basebox does not make findings, diagnoses or treatment suggestions.

Cloud: A separate environment for each organisation in our Munich East data centre, on servers of our hardware partner FAST LTA.
Server: Server Class 1 to 3 on your premises, delivered by FAST LTA within three weeks, without an internet connection if required.
Platform only: basebox on hardware of your choice.
Hybrid: basebox in your own network, AI models from another location.

Range: From €490 to €73 per person per year; the more people, the lower the price.
Cloud: From 5 people, €490 per person per year; €178 at 20,000 people. 20 million tokens per person per year, shared by the organisation; additional tokens €49 per million.
In the licence: All features, support, updates, all apps and all connectors from our library.
New connectors: Fixed price between €1,900 and €13,800 per system.
Setup in your IT: €24,900
Training: Virtual €900, on site €1,400 plus travel expenses.

ISO 27001: Certified.
BSI C5: Type 1 attestation in progress, then Type 2 (cloud security standard of the German Federal Office for Information Security).
Contracts: DPA under Art. 28 GDPR, agreement under Section 203 of the German Criminal Code (StGB), supplements for Switzerland.
US CLOUD Act: Does not apply to the AI model in basebox.

Germany, Austria, Switzerland: Cloud and server. A data centre in Switzerland is in progress, by 2027 at the latest.
France: Server.
