Senior Frontend Developer (Vue)

basebox is the AI platform for healthcare and the public sector. A small team at Lake Ammersee and remote; the core of the platform is written in Rust.

Your tasks

You develop the basebox interface further: a single-page app in Vue 3 that talks to the core of the platform via GraphQL.
You build the app builder: people without prior AI knowledge describe in the chat what they need and get an app they can try out and share with their group.
You design chat, answers with sources, documents and the management of groups and permissions so that staff in hospitals and administrations understand them without training.
You ensure accessibility according to WCAG and BITV, and that basebox works as well on a phone as at the desk.
You write code that stands up to security audits: sign-in via OIDC, tests and reviews.

What you bring

Several years of experience in frontend development, a good part of it with Vue.
Confident with JavaScript or TypeScript, GraphQL and automated browser tests.
A feel for interfaces that non-experts understand: show little, guide clearly.
Experience with accessibility and with sign-in via OIDC.
Fluent German or English.
Experience with AI applications or in healthcare helps but is not required.
